Biography
Xiong Delian var katolsk biskop av erkebispedømmet Changsha i provinsen Hunan i Folkerepublikken Kina.
Han var blant de biskoper som ble bispeviet uten pavelig mandat i Folkerepublikken Kina 1958-1962. De i Romas øyne illegitime, men gyldige, bispevielsene, ble foretatt 26. oktober 1958 i Changsha med erkebiskop Ignatius Pi Shushi som hovedkonsekrator.
