Biography
Xia Xueqianvar katolsk biskop av bispedømmet Shaozhou i provinsen Guangdong i Folkerepublikken Kina.
Han var blant de biskoper som ble bispeviet uten pavelig mandat i Folkerepublikken Kina 1958-1962. De i Romas øyne illegitime, men gyldige, bispevielsene, ble foretatt 24. januar 1962 i Shanghai med erkebiskop Ignatius Pi Shushi som hovedkonsekrator.
