Wim Groot

Wim Groot is a Dutch Professor of health economics and evidence-based education at the Maastricht University. He had obtained an M.A. degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam in 1986 and in 1992 got Ph.D. from the same university in the same field. He was a member of both the Advisory Board Health Care and the Council of Public Health and Health Care. In 2017 he did a research on students from Brabant. In 2019 he was criticized for ignoring the closures of hospitals inBronovo and Antoniushove.
