Biography
Warren Adams (28 November 1838 — 5 November 1884) was an American military officer.
Adams was born on November 28, 1838, in Minervaville, South Carolina, to South Carolina politician James Hopkins Adams and his wife Jane Margaret Scott.
Adams was a graduate of the Class of 1859 of North Carolina Military Institute. He was elected Professor of French in the Arsenal Academy, and Ellison Capers Assistant Professor at the Citadel Academy, each with the rank of Second Lieutenant. Adams declined the appointment, and in his place, Lieutenant A. J. Norris, Assistant Instructor at the Citadel Academy, was appointed Professor at the Arsenal Academy.
Death
Adams died on November 5, 1884, in Richland County, South Carolina.
