Ulrich Østigård Ness (født 28. oktober 1996) er en norsk fotballspiller som spiller for Eidsvold Turn.
Som femåring begynte Østigård Ness å spille fotball for Trosterud i Alna bydel, før han gikk til Lindeberg et halvt år senere. Etter to år i Lindeberg spilte han for Grei SF fra januar 2009 til desember 2010. Deretter begynte han å spille for Lyn.
