Biography
Laksamana Pertama TNI (Purn.) Dr. Toto Dwijaya Saputra, S.T., M.Si.(Han)., M.Tr.Opsla. (lahir 15 Mei 1964) seorang Purnawirawan TNI-AL yang terakhir menjabat sebagai Inspektur Komando Armada III.
Toto, merupakan alumnus Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) angkatan ke-XXXIV/tahun 1988. Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang satu ini adalah Irum Itjenal.
