She is the CEO and owner of Black Rose Dagger Films, LLC, an independent film production and visual effects company based in the Washington DC area.
Polite is a graduate of Howard University, Washington, D.C. (1989-1991) and Strayer University, Herndon, Virginia (2009–2011).
