Biography
Theodore Shealtiel Clerk (4 September 1909 - †1965) was an urban planner in the Gold Coast and the first Ghanaian architect. He was the chief architect, town planner and developer of the port city of Tema as well as the first CEO of the Ghanaian parastatal, Tema Development Corporation.
