Biography
Taher Balas (Arabic: طاهر بلص) born in 1968 is an Iraqi coach and former footballer.
Club career
Taher began playing at the Al-Minaa Academy in 1979, and continued in the age teams until he played for the first team in 1988. In 1993 Taher was recalled for compulsory military service, and moved to Al-Bahri (the club belonging to the Ministry of Defense), after completing his military service in 1995 he moved To Naft Al-Janoob and continued with them until he retired.
