Steve McDaniel

Steve McDaniel is a Republican Party Representative from the U.S. state of Tennessee.

Steve McDaniel was born on October 20, 1951. He attended Jackson State Community College, and graduated from the University of Memphis in 1973. He serves both as Deputy Speaker and as a Representative in the Tennessee House of Representatives.

He is a member of the National Rifle Association, the Civil War Preservation Trust, the Tennessee Civil War Preservation Association and the National Restaurant Association. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), a national association of legislators. He is also a member of the Church of Christ.
