Biography
Steve Lesnard is the current Global Chief Brand Officer at Sephora, and a brand marketing expert with over two decades of experience working with some of the largest international brands, mainly in the athletics sector. Lesnard's main duties at Sephora include accelerating Sephora’s omni channel experience and consumers engagement, and elevate the brand and its desirability around the world.
Prior to his role at Sephora Steve Lesnard CMO and Global VP of Product Creation at The North Face.
Some of the campaigns Steve Lesnard managed while at The North Face was their launch of FutureLight™, a ground-breaking nano-spinning technology designed for ultimate breathability. Steve Lesnard has also received notoriety for leading a brand boycott of Facebook. The first major brand to join the Stop Hate for Profit campaign was The North Face. Once The North Face declared that its U.S. teams would be boycotting Facebook advertising, over 1,000 other advertisers joined the campaign.
In his spare time Steve Lesnard enjoys the outdoors, spending much of his time mountain biking, kite surfing, snowboarding, and martial arts. When not enjoying the great outdoors, Steve spends time with his wife and three children.
