Biography
Stephanus Pfürtner (Gedaniae in urbe tunc ad Germaniam pertinenti natus die 23 Novembris 1922; mortuus die 2 Iulii 2012) fuit theologus Germanicus.
Stephanus Pfürtner inter secundum bellum mundanum tres mulieres Iudaeas a nazistis vexatas in domu sua celavit. Huius operis gratia anno 2006 decoratus est titulo iusto inter gentes.
Post bellum Pfürtner dominicanus fuit, sed anno 1974 ordinem reliquit et mulierem in matrimonium duxit, tamen theologiam apud universitatem Marburgensem usque ad annum 1988 docuit.
