Biography
Sherif Fayed (born 1992) is an American-Egyptian TV Host, viner, actor and model. In his early years he was a footballer, he has played for the Belgian club Lierse S.K and the Egyptian club Wadi Degla FC as well as the Egypt national football team.
Early life
Fayed was born in Cairo from an Egyptian father and an Egyptian American mother.
Career
Wadi Degla
At the age of 13 he joined a local team Wadi Degla FC progressing through youth ranks. He played there for 5 years.
Belgium
At the age of 18 moved to Belgium for a trial with Lierse S.K.. He was granted a 2-year-contract on 15 November 2010. he decided to leave and terminate his contract after one year as he was restricted to the reverses and didn't make a single appearance for the club
Wadi Degla and Retirement
He returned to his hometown club Wadi Degla FC on 1 January 2012. Suffering from an old injury which kept him sidelined for 4 months. He was advised to quit football.
International career
He made 17 appearances for Egypt -17 and 7 appearances for Egypt -20 between 2006 and 2010.
Later life
He decided. he later went on to pursue an academic career, so he joined Modern Sciences and Arts University in Cairo. He later moved to Dubai to pursue a career there. In 2013 he became a Viner. His videos gained a remarkable success in Egypt. He is also a model, He signed a contract with Lay's. He appeared with Egyptian actor Ahmed Helmy. He later appeared in a commercial as their ambassador in Mexico.
