Rupinus, SH, M.Si (lahir di Sekadau, Kalimantan Barat, 28 Agustus 1965; umur 53 tahun) adalah bupati Sekadau yang menjabat pada periode 2016-2021. Ia dan pasangannya Aloysius berhasil memenangkan pilkada Sekadau 2015 dengan 46.098 suara (42,79%). Sebelumnya ia menjabat sebagai wakil bupati periode 2010-2015.
