Randal Pinkett

Randal Pinkett is an American entrepreneur, speaker, author, and reality television personality. He is best known for winning the fourth season of the reality TV show "The Apprentice."

Randal Pinkett holds five academic degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Master of Business Administration, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Randal Pinkett is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of BCT Partners, a management, technology, and policy consulting firm, which he founded in 2001. He has also co-founded several other businesses, including the Global Access Alliance, an international telecommunications company, and The Winner's Circle, a consulting firm focused on personal and professional development.

Randal Pinkett has written three books: "Campus CEO: The Student Entrepreneur's Guide to Launching a Multimillion-Dollar Business," "No-Money Down CEO: How to Start Your Dream Business with Little or No Cash," and "Black Faces in White Places: 10 Game-Changing Strategies to Achieve Success and Find Greatness."

Randal Pinkett is actively involved in philanthropy and community service. He serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the Newark Alliance, and the National Society of Black Engineers. He also founded the "Five Steps to Freedom" program, which provides college scholarships and mentoring to young Black men in New Jersey.
