Biography
Rama Musa is a Sierra Leone-born American journalist reporting on business, current affairs, geopolitics, and technology. Musa emigrated from Sierra Leone to the United States in 1998. She was the first student to win the J. William Fulbright fellowship at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she earned an honor's Bachelor of Arts. She worked for the U.S. State Department in Geneva, Switzerland, prior to living in Jerusalem for one year as a Fulbright Scholar. Musa began her writing career with a cover story on the Millennium Villages Project in West Africa.
