Rachel Hanfling trains clients on various media and communication skills - media, public speaking, job interviewing, negotiating, winning customers, treating patients, and online communication.

Rachel developed a course entitled Media Power Plan®, an online course that teaches students how to get media attention, deal with the spotlight and leverage that success.

Her clients have included Samsung, Fleishman Hillard, Winsupply Inc., The Fragrance Foundation, RuffleButts and the authors of NYT Bestsellers Skinnytaste, Skinnytaste Fast and Slow, The Tapping Solution For Weight Loss & Body Confidence.

Rachel has spoken at the Harvard Kennedy School, MarieTV, World’s Greatest Speaker Training, Experts Academy, Women In Negotiation Summit and The World Academy For The Future of Women’s International Symposium.

In 2013, Rachel co-created and co-executive produced a special called 7 Little Johnstons on Oprah Winfrey’s network, OWN.

Rachel was a producer for Anderson Cooper’s daytime show, Anderson. She also produced hour-long special on Anderson’s mother, Gloria Vanderbilt; an intimate daytime exclusive with Angelina Jolie and a revealing look at how women can make millions by living their dreams.

Rachel produced for The Oprah Winfrey Show for more than 10 years. She produced domestic violence survivors, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Julia Roberts, Vera Wang and Ryan Seacrest. Rachel produced topics such as personal finance, global warming, terrorism, health, psychology, crime, fashion, food, weight loss, music, pop culture and current events.

Rachel was a Senior Producer of American Justice and Biography on A&E. She booked Michael Jackson for Inside Edition. Her carrier started in local newsrooms of Fox in New York, Univision in Chicago and NBC in Madison, Wisconsin.

Rachel was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for her producing work on Anderson. She was also nominated for an Alma Award from the National Council of La Raza for her producing work on A&E’s American Justice.

Rachel was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in Highland Park, Illinois. She is a graduate of Highland Park High School and the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is also a certified high performance trainer. She lives in New York City.
