Biography
R.M.S. Latuconsina, SH. adalah seorang politisi Indonesia pada masa Orde Baru. Ia pernah menjabat Ketua DPRD Provinsi Maluku selama dua periode (1982-1987 dan 1987-1992), setelah menggantikan ketua sebelumnya, Usman Padang, yang juga menjabat selama dua periode (1972-1977 dan 1977-1982). Pada tahun 1992, ia digantikan oleh Fatah S. Doa, yang kemudian menjabat sampai tahun 1997.
