Pětr Jurij Šołtka (němsce Peter Georg Schowtka; * 7. januara 1945 w Kulowje) je sakski politikar Křesćansko-demokratiskeje unije Němskeje, kotryž bě wot 1991 do 2014 zapósłanc sakskeho krajneho sejma a čłon prezidija. Nimo toho bě mjez 1990 a 1994 Kulowski měšćanosta.
