ନରହରି ଦଣ୍ଡପାଟ ଜଣେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ରାଜନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ଥିଲେ । ସେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିଧାନ ସଭାରେ ଜଣେ ବିଧାୟକ ଭାବରେ ଥରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ । ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ୧୯୪୬ ମସିହାରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ବିଧାନ ସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ସେ ବଣାଇ ବିଧାନ ସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀରୁ ୨ୟ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିଧାନ ସଭା (ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପୂର୍ବରୁ)କୁ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ।
