Biography
Mühyettin Mutlu (d. 1938, Bitlis) - (ö. 10 Kasım 1998), Türk siyasetçi.
İlkokul ve Medrese mezunudur. Tüccarlık, Çiftçilik, TBMM 4.(XV), 5.(XVI) ve XVIII. Dönem Bitlis Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. Evli ve sekiz çocuk babasıdır.
