Modesto Lomba (Gasteiz, Araba, 1962) mundu zabalean ezaguna den jostuna eta moda diseinatzailea da.
1962an José Luis Devota argentinarrekin batera Devota & Lomba moda-etxea sortu zuen. Gero hainbat sari lortu ditu bere lanagatik: 1989an Cristóbal Balenciaga Saria, 1991n Pasarela Madrid Saria eta abar. 2000. urtean Madrilen bere lehendabiziko denda ireki zuen.
