Ο Μιχαήλ Σκαλιστήρης ήταν Έλληνας πολιτικός.
Βιογραφικά στοιχεία
Ήταν γιος του Δημητρίου Σκαλιστήρη. Υπήρξε διπλωματούχος μηχανικός. Εξελέγη βουλευτής Μαντινείας στις εκλογές του 1856 και διετέλεσε Υπουργός Δικαιοσύνης στην κυβέρνηση Δημητρίου Βούλγαρη.
Γιος του ήταν ο Δημήτριος Μ. Σκαλιστήρης.
