Biography
Miha Blažič (born 8 May 1993 in Koper) is a Slovenian football defender who plays for Domžale in the Slovenian PrvaLiga.
Blažič signed his first professional contract with Koper at the age of 17 and plays with the main squad.
He has represented Slovenia at the youth level in all categories, with 4 years as a captain.
While playing for Koper, Blažič received attention from many European clubs. At age of 14, he was called to Birmingham City and Newcastle United in England for a trial.
International career
Blažič made his debut for the senior Slovenia national football team in a 0-0 tie with Saudi Arabia on 12 January 2017.
