Biographie
Il reçoit en 1994 le prix Higashikawa et en 2010 le prix du duc et de la duchesse d'York.
Il expose en 2010 aux Rencontres d'Arles.
Le musée Nicéphore-Niépce présente en 2012 l'exposition « Dans la chambre noire ».
