Biography
Mehmet Sayım Tekelioğlu, (born October 22, 1950, Kayseri) is a Turkish politician. He was a Justice and Development Party member of the 22nd Parliament of Turkey (2002-2007), representing İzmir, and of the 23rd Parliament of Turkey (2007-2011), representing İzmir 1st electoral district.
He is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University, Department of Aircraft Engineering.
