Biography
Mehmet Özbay (d. 1924, Besni, Adıyaman) - (ö. 29 Ağustos 2001), Türk siyaset adamı.
İstanbul Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi mezunudur. Hükûmet Tabipliği, Serbest Doktorluk, Kurucu Meclis Adıyaman İli Temsilciliği (6 Ocak 1961 – 15 Ekim 1961), TBMM 1.(XII) Dönem Adıyaman Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. Evli ve iki çocuk babasıdır.
