Marnie Mosiman (born 6 March 1951) is an American film, stage, and television actress, voice actor, and singer. She is known for her roles in the TV series The Legend of Prince Valiant (1991-1992) and The Bold and the Beautiful (1992-1993).
Early life
Marnie Mosiman was born on March 6, 1951, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Career
- Mosiman made her television debut in 1982 with a supporting role of a nurse in "Acts of Love" episode of TV series Knots Landing with Jim Houghton, Kim Lankford, and Michele Lee.
- In 1986, she, along with actors Lois Foraker and Gregory Itzin, won the 1986 Drama Logue Award for Outstanding Ensemble Performance for Rogues Gallery, in a Sundays at the Itchy Foot production at the Mark Taper Forum Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
- Also in 1986, Mosiman was seen in "Steele, Inc." episode of Remington Steele.
- In the years 1991-1992, she was the voice behind "Queen Briana" and "Sarah" characters in David J. Corbett's animation series The Legend of Prince Valiant.
- Mosima made her film debut in 1992 with the role of "Susan" in Hero with Dustin Hoffman, Geena Davis, and Andy Garcia.
- In 1992-1993, she played the "Dr. Tracy Peters" character in 11 episodes of the TV series The Bold and the Beautiful.
- In 1996, she guest-starred as "Donna" in an episode of Frasier.
- In 2000, she had a minor role of a woman at the lunch counter in Nancy Meyers' romance-comedy What Women Want, starring Mel Gibson, Helen Hunt, and Marisa Tomei.
- Mosiman's last film credit was Maryam Karimi's 2003 short film Burl's in which she played "Mrs. Cooper," the on-screen wife of John de Lancie's character. (She is also the real-life wife of Lancie).

Personal life
Mosiman is married to American actor/comedian John de Lancie since 20 March 1984. They have two sons Keegan de Lancie (born 1984) and Owen de Lancie (born 1987) — both actors, and both have appeared in Star Trek, in 1998 and 2001, respectively.
