Biography
Mark S. Inch is the 9th Director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons of the United States.
U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions on August 1, 2017, named Inch, a retired two-star Major general, to head the federal Bureau of Prisons in the Department of Justice (DOJ). Inch, who also holds degrees in geography and archaeology, had supervised prisons of the United States Army for two years.
