Die Karriere begann mit einer Banklehre bei der UBS, dem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften und der Qualifikation zum Wirtschaftsprüfer in den USA. Vormals CEO und Vorstandsmitglied von EY Schweiz und Managing Partner Markets von EY Deutschland, Schweiz und Österreich. Aktuell Präsident des Europa Forums Luzern und Gründungs- sowie Vorstandsmitglied von digitalswitzerland. 2017 von der Wirtschaftszeitschrift Bilanz als einer der führenden „Digital Shapers” in der Schweiz nominiert. Außerdem Vizepräsident des Verbands des Instituts für Finanzdienstleistungen Zug (VIFZ) und Mitglied im „Chapter Doing Business in Switzerland” der Swiss American Chamber of Commerce sowie Vorstandsmitglied bei EXPERTsuisse.
