Biography
Prof. Dr. H. Mahdini, M.A (lahir di Tembilahan, Riau, 13 Maret 1961; umur 59 tahun) adalah ulama dan akademisi yang saat ini menjabat sebagai ketua MUI provinsi Riau periode 2009-2014. Ia juga merupakan guru besar peradilan Islam dan direktur pascasarjana UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau.
Pendidikan
Mahdini berdarah Banjar. Ia menempuh pendidikan S1 di Fakultas Syariah IAIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau (1985). Gelar Magister (S2) dan Doktor (S3) ia peroleh dari IAIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogjakarta.
