Early life

Madina Memet was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang, on September 10, 1987, she is the youngest of five children. As a child, she liked dancing. In 1998, she was accepted to Beijing Shengji Art Academy and graduated in 2003. After graduation, she was assigned to Xinjiang Arts Theatre Troupe.

Career

Madina Memet had her first experience in front of the camera in 2010, and she was chosen to act as a support actress as the Fragrant Concubine in New My Fair Princess, a television series based on the novel by the same name by Chiung Yao.

Madina Memet had a minor role as a manager in Sweet Home (2012), which starred Hai Lu and Gao Ziqi.

In January 2013, she had key supporting role in Heroes in Sui and Tang Dynasties, a historical television series starring Yan Kuan, Hans Zhang, Jiang Wu, and Du Chun. In May, she appeared in Legend of Lu Zhen, in which she played the foreign beauty Du Mei'er. In June, she played the female lead role in the comedy television series Little Big Soldier, alongside Xiao Shenyang and Xu Lu. In August, she played Bess, the lead role in Flowers in Fog, adapted from Chiung Yao's novel of the same title, costarring Li Sheng, Zhang Rui and Ruby Lin.

Madina Memet's first film role was Ling Ling uncredited appearance in the film Ex-Files (2014). She had key supporting role in the shenmo television series The Investiture of the Gods, based on Xu Zhonglin's novel of the same name. In April, she had a supporting role in Palace 3: The Lost Daughter, a historical television series starring Yuan Shanshan and Lu Yi.

In February 2015, Madina Memet appeared as Huang She, a snake spirit, in Peter Pau's fantasy action adventure film Zhong Kui: Snow Girl and the Dark Crystal. In November, she co-starred with Li Yixiao and Hai Lu in the sitcom Family Harmony as Shanshan. In December, she starred in the war television series called Warm Blood with Zhang Zijian, Li Jiarong, and Ji Ta. She also participated in The Final Master, a martial arts action film starring Liao Fan, Song Jia, and Jiang Wenli.

In February 2016, Madina Memet portrayed the demon Hua Rong in the historical television series Destined Guy. In July, she starred in the epic fantasy television drama Ice Fantasy, opposite Feng Shaofeng, Victoria Song, Ma Tianyu, and Zhang Meng. In December, she co-starred with Yang Xuwen and Yang Rong in the shenmo television series Zhong Kui as the asmodians girl Ying Su.

In January 2017, Madina Memet played the character Yang Feng in Xu Jueliang's historical romantic television series General and I. In March, she reprised her role as Lan Shang/ Ming Na in the Ice Fantasy sequel, Ice Fantasy 2.
