Biography
Luis Balbino Arroyo Colón (born 1990) is a child prodigy from Moca, Puerto Rico, who, at the age of 11, became the youngest person ever to finish secondary education in Puerto Rico and to be admitted to a university in Puerto Rico.
Education
Arroyo graduated in 2006 at the age of 16 with a bachelor's degree in physics, and then completed a master's degree in the physics and another in economics at the age of 18, all from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus. He then obtained a juris doctor from the Eugenio María de Hostos School of Law and passed the bar exam at the age of 22 in the year 2012.
Legislative advisor
As of 2014 Balbino Arroyo serves as a legislative advisor for Ángel Rosa in the 25th Senate of Puerto Rico. He serves as Chair of the Commission on Government Affairs and as Chair of the Commission on Economic Development.
