Letnan Jenderal TNI (Purn.) Leo Lopulisa (lahir di Bandung, 23 November 1926 – meninggal di Jakarta, 14 September 2009 pada umur 82 tahun) adalah seorang purnawirawan perwira tinggi militer Indonesia. Ia tercatat pernah menjadi Panglima Kodam I/Bukit Barisan, Panglima Komando Cadangan Strategis Angkatan Darat dari 4 Januari 1975 hingga 19 Januari 1978, Panglima Kowilhan III/Sulawesi-Kalimantan tahun 1978-1981 dan Duta Besar Indonesia untuk Filipina antara tahun 1981 sampai 1983.
