His belief that real estate professionals deserve something different, something better, has fueled the growth of Realty ONE Group around the U.S. and now into international markets, creating devoted fans everywhere. 

And it all started from humble beginnings. Jewgieniew’s Polish-born parents raised him to be curious, determined, driven and passionate. He was the first in his family to graduate college and started a lucrative career as a financial adviser and portfolio manager, while building computer hardware and software programs in his spare time. Eager to try something new, he changed his focus to real estate. In his first year as an agent, he closed 111 transactions and did more than $30 million in sales, but felt he shared too much of his commissions with his broker.

He started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. With a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.
