Kjell Haug (født 4. mars 1933, død 1. august 2015) var en norsk forfatter, speider, spesialpedagog og lærer.

Han var født i Ski i Follo. Bodde i Ås. Han arbeidet som lærer på Follo barne- og ungdomsskole. Hans siste bidrag i forfatterskapet er et kapittel om Gaupesteinmarka i en bok om Sørmarka.
