Biography
Karen Balauf Delaney is an American sculptor and teacher.
Delaney attended Radford University in Radford, Virginia, and has a Certificate in Museum Studies from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
She taught 3D design at Indiana University of PA, Emmanuel College in Boston, and the Anglo-American University in Prague. For three years she was the executive director at the Chester County Art Association in West Chester, Pennsylvania, then in 2016 shifted to Curator there until May 2019. She also worked in the education department at the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh.
Her metal sculptures appear in galleries in Austria, International Steel Sculpture Workshop and Symposium, Hungary, and Poland.
