Biography

Jüri Sammul (28. august 1897 Uue-Võidu vald, Viljandimaa – 14. aprill 1942 Malmõž, Kirovi oblast) oli Eesti diplomaat.

Võttis osa Vabadussõjast 2. jalaväepolgu koosseisus ja 2. diviisi staabis.

Töötas 1921–1928 Üliõpilaslehe toimetajana.

Jüri Sammul oli ka Korp! Sakala vilistlane.

Jüri Sammul arreteeri NKVD poolt 14. juunil 1941 Tallinnas ja suri asumisel Nõukogude Liidus.

Isiklikku

Oli abielus Aino Kalmuga ja nende poeg Arne Kalm veetis oma elu paguluses, olles USA Lõuna-California eestlaste hulgas aktiivne.
