Joseph Bipoba Naabu is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Yunyoo Constituency in the Northern Region on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress.

Joseph was born 24 August 1964 inNamong, Northern Region of Ghana.

Joseph Bipoba Naabu holdBachelor of art (Political Science), University of Ghana, 2006,after that he went to Ghana School of Law to study Bachelor of law and later went to university of London to study Literally Legum Baccalaureus, 2009.
