James "Jim" Measures (born (1939-04-14) 14 April 1939 ) born in St. Helens district, is an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1950s and '60s playing at representative level for Great Britain, and at club level for St. Helens, Widnes, and Rochdale Hornets, as a Second-row, i.e. number 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums.

Challenge Cup final appearances
Jim Measures played Left-Second-row, i.e number 11, in Widnes' 13-5 victory over Hull Kingston Rovers in the 1964 Challenge Cup final during the 1963–64 season at Wembley Stadium, London on Saturday 9 May 1964, in front of a crowd of 84,488.
