Biography
Jefte Sbolci (Florència, 5 d'octubre de 1833 - idem. 7 de desembre de 1895) fou un director d'orquestra i violoncel·lista italià.
Fundà la Società Orchestrale Fiorentina i fou el seu director durant molts anys. També forma un trio instrumental i l'històric <Quartetto Fiorentino> amb Giuseppe Buonamici, Bruni i Luigi Vannuccini. Al igual que el seu pare Geremia Sbolci, descollà per la seva gran tasca pedagògica, i fou mestre d'excel·lents concertistes, com Ottavio Di Picolellis i E. Dini.
