Biography
Jacques Laplace (1890-1955), est un peintre et lithographe lyonnais qui fut élève (1905-1910) des Beaux-arts de la ville avant d'y devenir plus tard professeur : il a ainsi formé des artistes comme Jean Fusaro, Jacques Truphémus ou encore André Cottavoz.
Il a été membre du groupe artistique Les Ziniars. Il était proche du décorateur André Sornay.
