Iván Alonso Lage (Tuy, 21 de octubre de 1985) es un deportista español que compite en piragüismo en la modalidad de maratón. Ganó nueve medallas en el Campeonato Mundial de Piragüismo en Maratón entre los años 2012 y 2021, y ocho medallas en el Campeonato Europeo de Piragüismo en Maratón entre los años 2013 y 2019.
