Biography
Isaac del Toro Romero (born, Ensenada, 27 November 2003) is a Mexican cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates. He notably won the 2023 Tour de l'Avenir, making him the first Mexican to ever win the race. In October 2023, he signed a three-year contract with UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates for the 2024 season.
