Hiroyuki Usui (碓井 博行, Usui Hiroyuki, born August 4, 1953) is a former Japanese football player and manager. He played for Japan national team.
Usui made 38 appearances for the Japan national team from 1974 to 1984.
His son Kempei Usui is also a footballer.
