Biography

Hiroshi Naito (内藤 廣, Naitō Hiroshi, born 1950) is an architect from Japan. His work includes projects in other countries. He is the principal architect at Hiroshi Naito Architect & Associates.

Naito was born in 1950 in Yokohama, Japan. His practice is based in Tokyo. He is known for his modern architecture.

Naito is Professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo. Naito received a M.Arch from Graduate School of Waseda University. He was chief architect at Fernand Higueras in Madrid, Spain, from 1976 to 1978 and worked at Kikutake Architects in Tokyo from 1979 to 1981. Naito established Naito Architect & Associates in 1981.

Naito designed a "dog cooler" for Spitz.
