Hendrik Selja (kuni 1937 Heinrich Steinhaus, 1. august 1903 Porkuni vald, Virumaa – 2. september 1990 Tartu) oli eesti agronoom.

Ta õppis Tartu Ülikoolis 1925–1926 matemaatikat, 1926–1930 (lõpetas 1935) agronoomiat ja 1935 õigusteadust. Põhjala vilistlane.

Oli Põllutöökoja rohumaade eriteadlane.
