Hans S. Hansen (født 1939) er færøysk bonde og tidligere lokalpolitiker. Han var kommunestyremedlem i Fugloyar kommuna i én valgperiode, fra 1. januar 1997 til 1. januar 2001, og var borgermester like lenge. Han stilte ikke til gjenvalg ved valget i 2000.
