Biography
Hanan Tarq (Amharic ሃናን ታሪቅ) is an Ethiopian actress who has appeared in numerous Ethiopian Films. She won a modeling competition in High School and did small on screen work portraying herself as Arab. This work led to her to being noticed by director Ermias Tadesse and later cast in her first film. She worked on such notable films as YeFikir Kal playing the role of Sara.
Personal life
Hanan Tarq was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to a Yemeni Father and an Ethiopian Mother. She has credited her grandmother for influencing her love of film. Hanan married her long time boyfriend in spring of 2017.
