Grethe Myklebust (født 8. juni 1958) er professor ved Norges idrettshøgskole (NIH), Institutt for idrettsmedisinske fag. Hun tok sin doktorgrad ved NIH i 2003, tittelen på avhandlingen var «Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries in Team Handball – from Injury to Prevention». Hennes fagfelt er idrettsskader - forekomst, skademekanismer, konsekvenser av skader og forebygging.
